Garlic chicken with leek stew

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cook the potatoes.
  3. Meanwhile, season the chicken breast with the oil, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread out on the baking tray and bake the chicken in the oven in about 20 minutes until brown and done. Change in between.
  5. Blanch the leeks for 1-2 minutes and drain well.
  6. In the meantime, pour the potatoes and puree them with the milk and butter.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the leek.
  8. Season with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve with the garlic chicken.
