Tuna with wasabi butter and spring onions
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, flat parsley (finely chopped), wasabi paste, butter (at room temperature), tuna steaks (300 g), sweet soy sauce, olive oil, spring onions ((bag of 3 pieces) and halved).

Stir in the parsley, wasabi paste and salt to taste. Let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Brush the tuna with ketjapmarinadeen 2 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the tuna 4 min., Turn halfway. Place on a hot plate.

Brush the spring onions with 1 tbsp oil and grill on each side for 1 min. Spread over the tuna.

Cut the wasabi butter into 4 slices and place on the tuna. Tasty with potatoes from the oven and a tomato salad with basil dressing.
