A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: garlic and bread.

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic. Cut the crusts of the bread, immerse them in water and squeeze out. Finely chop the almonds.
  2. Slice the garlic with the salt into a smooth sauce. Add the bread and the almonds in parts and crush well.
  3. Add the oil for drizzle and mix to a homogeneous mass. Season with the vinegar, lemon, sugar and pepper.
