A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, walnuts, Italian steam vegetable mix (frozen, a 300 g), olive oil, garlic (olive oil, pot a 135 g) and rucola lettuce (75 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions for use.
  2. Walnuts chop.
  3. Steam vegetables one after the other in 5 minutes in a microwave, at the highest setting, heating.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan and gently heat garlic for 2 minutes.
  5. Rub garlic oil with spaghetti.
  6. Prepare rocket and nuts and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Spread the spaghetti over 4 plates and create steam vegetables.
  8. Tasty with a spicy grated cheese..
