German minced anchovy balls


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes slightly crumbly, white bread (without crust), egg, anchovy fillets (in olive oil (can 46 g), finely chopped), minced (half-to-half), lemon (scrubbed), cooking cream (250 ml ), meat broth tablet, capers (a 100 g) and string beans (in oblique strips).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Drain, return to the pan and leave to evaporate for 3 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  2. Meanwhile, crumble the bread and mix it with the egg, the anchovies and pepper and salt with the mince. Shape 12 balls.
  3. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Bring the cooking cream to the boil with the grater and the bouillon tablet on low heat. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and the capers. Place the balls in the cream and let them cook for 10 minutes. Times regularly.
  4. In the meantime, cook the string beans in water with salt in 6 minutes until al dente. Serve the balls in the sauce with the boiled potatoes and string beans.
