Clean the bok choy and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat in 5 minutes. Fry the paksoi for 3 minutes.

Mix in the herb mix and water through the mixture. Scoop the beans through. Let the whole get hot through and through.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Fill the tortillas with the beef mixture, avocado and taco sauce. Fold closed and roll up.
