Giant chilli with cherry tomatoes
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onions (chopped), green pepper (in strips), chestnut mushrooms (250 g), halved), giant beans (Spanish (a 425 g), drained), chilibones (in spicy sauce ( 400 g)), cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved) and ground cheese (mature 30 (bag 150 g)).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and pepper strips for 3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the giant beans, chilli beans with sauce and 100 ml of water and bring to the boil while stirring.

Let the chili cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Scoop the cherry tomatoes through and season with pepper.

Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately..
