A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, garlic (pressed), mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, lemon (in parts), king prawns (with garlic and parsley * (a 400 g) and slightly thawed).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the peppers in the oven dish and roast them for 40 minutes. Turn halfway. Take them out of the oven, leave the oven on. Put the peppers in a pan and put the lid on. You can also put them in a closed bag. Allow to stand for 15 minutes and then remove the thin skin and seed lists. Puree the peppers with a food processor. Add the garlic, the mayonnaise and the cayenne pepper to the sweet pepper puree. Squeeze 1 lemon wedge. Season with a few drops of lemon juice and salt and pepper. Place 4 prawns on each satay stick and place it on the baking tray of the oven. Bake in 8 min. Until done. Serve with the paprika chicken and a lemon wedge.
  2. You can make the paprika chicken a maximum of 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Bake or grill the shrimp just before serving.
