Gigli with tuna
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, gigli with sun-dried tomatoes (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, onions (chopped), dried sage, courgettes (diced), tuna in oil ((a 185 g), drained) and flat parsley (chopped).

Cook the gigli according to the instructions on the package.

Drain and collect 3 tablespoons of cooking liquid in a small bowl.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan.

Fry the onion with the sage and pepper and salt to taste for 5 min.

Add the zucchini to the onion and fry al dente on a high heat.

Stir in the tuna with a fork and add the cooking liquid to the vegetable.

Let everything warm up and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop the pasta through and sprinkle with the parsley.
