Glass of gazpacho
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, cucumber (peeled), garlic, tomato sauce (tomato frito, a 350 g), red wine vinegar (bottle 500 ml), extra virgin olive oil, ice cubes and Dutch shrimp (100 g).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Place the peppers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roast the peppers in the top of the oven for about 25 minutes or until they turn black. Turn halfway. Take the peppers out of the oven and put them in a pan with lid or a sealed plastic bag. Let stand for 15 minutes and then remove the skin and seed lists.

Cut the cucumber into pieces and put in the blender or food processor. Add the garlic, peppers, tomato frito, vinegar and 4 tbsp oil. Puree for approx. 1 min. Add the ice cubes and mix until they are dissolved. Season the gazpacho with pepper and salt.

Pour the gazpacho in the glasses, scoop some shrimps and drizzle with the rest of the oil. Serve cold.
