Lobster with creamy garlic sauce
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic (toes removed), olive oil, whipped cream (250 ml), dry white wine, fish stock, lobsters * ((frozen), thawed), lemon (in 8 parts) and cold butter (in blocks).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the garlic with skin in the baking dish and pof 40 min. Remove from the oven and push the soft core out of the peel. Heat the oil, whipped cream and wine in a pan. Add the garlic and pepper and salt to taste. Take of the fire.

Bring a large pan with plenty of water to the boil and add the bouillon tablets. Cook the lobsters in approx. 6 minutes until done. Take them out of the pan with a slotted spoon and place them with their head on their belly on a large shelf. Place the tip of a large, sharp knife in the dimple between the eyes. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove intestines, liver and stomach. Place half a lobster and a lemon wedge on each plate. Heat the sauce until it almost boils. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter with a whisk. Serve the sauce with the lobster.
