Gluten-free lasagne bolognese

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in 4 min. On medium heat. Add the mince and cook for another 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the carrot and the celery into cubes. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Add to the minced meat and cook for 5 min.

Add the tomato paste, tomato cubes and the water. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Put a large tablespoon of sauce in each baking dish.

Put a lasagne sheet on it. Cover with sauce and put another leaf on it. 3 lasagne sheets with a layer of sauce are added to each dish.

Divide the ricotta over the 4 dishes. Grate the Parmesan above it.

Fry the bowls of lasagne in 45 minutes until done. Cover with aluminum foil if the lasagne is too dark.
