Gnocchi with gorgonzola
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury, cooked), dried sage, butter, flour, gorgonzola (cheese) and zucchini.

Prepare the potatoes very finely and knead in the sage, the butter and 1 tablespoon of flour. Spread the worktop with the rest of the flower. Roll out the dough into a roll with a diameter of 1-2 cm. Cut it into 8 pieces (gnocchi). Bring water with a little salt to the boil. Melt the gorgonzola in a container for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Boil the gnocchi in the salted water until they come to the surface. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the pan and place them in amuse spoons or on small plates. Divide the gorgonzola over it. Grate a piece of approx. 5 cm from the zucchini and garnish the gnocchi. Serve warm.
