Gnocchi with kale
Potato pasta with a sauce of blue cheese and kale with chopped walnuts.

Directions

Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and chop the walnuts coarsely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Scoop the kale through and let it sink in, let simmer for 10 minutes.

Boil the gnocchi for 5 minutes in a pan of water with a little salt until they float up. Drain in a colander.

Spoon the gnocchi through the kale and crumble the cheese above it. Heat the whole for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the walnuts over it. Bon appétit! .
