Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Divide the gnocchi over an oven dish.

Mix the shrimp, sambal and the tomato sauce through the gnocchi.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Divide the mozzarella over the dish. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.

Sprinkle with the arugula.
