Gnocchi with provençal bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gnocchi di patate (a 500 g), olive oil, Provençal lean bacon strips (250 g), onion (finely chopped), mushrooms ((a 250 g), in quarters), crème fraîche (125 ml ) and arugula (a 75 g).

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips in 3-4 min. Crunchy. Add the onion and cook for another 1 min.

Add the mushrooms and cook in 5 min. Brown and done. Scoop occasionally. Stir in the crème fraiche and 2-3 tbsp water and heat for 1 min on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the gnocchi over 4 deep plates. Spoon the arugula of the fire through the bacon-mushroom sauce and spread over the gnocchi.
