Gnocchi with smoked salmon and green beans
Delicious summer recipe for pasta with green beans, onion, smoked salmon and fresh chives.

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in the frying pan and gently fry the garlic and onion.

Cut the salmon into pieces. Cut the chives finely. Stir the crème fraîche, beans and salmon through the onions and heat the whole. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the gnocchi over the plates.

Spoon the creamy vegetable-salmon mixture on it. Garnish with chives.
