Gnocchi with tomato and green cabbage
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cherry tomatoes (250 g), garlic, fresh basil (15 g), olive oil, Gnocchi di patate (500 g), salt, pancreas green cabbage (300 g), freshly ground pepper and smoked cheese (in slices).

To wash, cut in four and put in bowl. Slice garlic and cut into slices. Peel the basil leaves into small pieces. Rub garlic, basil and 3 tablespoons of olive oil with tomatoes and leave to stand for approx. 2-4 hours.

Cook gnocchi in large saucepan with water and salt according to instructions. Preheat the grill to the highest setting. In the meantime, stir-fry 3 tablespoons of olive oil and cook cabbage for about 5 minutes. Take a pan of fire. Drain gnocchi in colander. coals and tomatoes with liquids created by gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking dish and place cheese slices on top. Let melt in 3 to 5 minutes under hot grill cheese.
