Gnocchi with tomatoes and basil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: gnocchi di patate (a 500 g), tomatoes on the vine (5 pieces), red onion (in thin half rings), basil ((a 15 g), in strips), extra virgin olive oil, curly lettuce (100 g), ricotta cheese (fresh cheese and a 250 g).

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin segments. Spoon the tomatoes with the onion, basil and 3 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Make the lettuce melange with the rest of the oil and pepper and salt.

Divide the gnocchi over 4 deep plates. Divide the tomatoes and scoop the ricotta with the help of 2 tsp. Serve with the lettuce.
