Lukewarm pasta salad with arugula and mozzarella

Cook the pasta with salt until al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the to and cut the bread roll mozzarella in three. Remove the stalks from the rocket and crack the salad leaf coarsely.

Squeeze out the lemon. In a large bowl, beat the dressing of lemon juice, basil oil, pepper and salt.

Mix the tomato, mozzarella and arugula through the dressing.

Saute the cheese in coarse curls. Drain the pasta and let it drain briefly.

Spoon the pasta through the salad and spread over the preheated plates.

Sprinkle the curls of cheese, capers and pepper over the pasta.
