Goat cheese truffles
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: pistachios, lemon, rosemary, soft goat cheese, garlic, walnut oil (1 to 2) and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Peel the pistachio nuts and chop very finely.

Do it in deep plate.

Clean lemon bulbs and half of skin.

Rosemary needles from twig rises and very fine chop.

Bring goat's cheese into a bowl.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Mix lemon zest, rosemary, walnut oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Roll cheese to about 12 balls and roll balls through pistachio nuts until they are covered all around.

Place goat cheese truffles on a scale and leave to set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Serve with thick slices of French boule..
