Gossip gnocchi with green cabbage and bacon
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green cabbage (about 800 g), olive oil, smoked bacon strips, shallots (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), gnocchi di patate (a 250 g), ground chili (pepper (mill) ) and grated Parmesan cheese.

Remove possibly the ugly outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut the coals into 4 parts and cut the hard core from each piece. Cut the parts into strips of approx. 2 cm wide. Wash them and dry them in the salad spinner.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the bacon. Fry the shallots and the garlic gently for 3 minutes. Spoon the green cabbage through the bacon and add 5 tbsp water. Put the lid on the pan and simmer the coals for about 15 minutes.

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the pack. Drain the gnocchi and mix them lightly through the cabbage. Season with salt and chili pepper.

Divide the dish over 4 plates and serve the Parmesan cheese separately.
