Pilav with lamb chop


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), garlic (finely chopped), basmati rice, dried apricots (in pieces), chicken broth (from tablet), almond shavings (55 g), pistachios (peeled (a 95 g)), lamb chops (at room temperature), fresh coriander ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat in a pan with a thick bottom 2 tbsp oil and fry the ginger with the garlic.
  2. Stir in the rice and make sure that all the grains are covered with a layer of oil.
  3. Add the apricots, pour in the stock and bring to the boil.
  4. Let the pilav be cooked on a low heat and with the lid on the pan in 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and roast the almond shavings and the pistachios until golden brown.
  6. Let the mixture cool down on a plate.
  7. Brush the lamb chops thinly with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Heat the grill pan and toast the chops in 5 min.
  9. Until done, turn halfway.
  10. Serve the pilav with the nuts and the lamb chops, sprinkle the dish with coriander.
  11. Stirred spinach tastes delicious..
