Tortellini with turkey and mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tortellini (pasta, a 250 g), garlic, mozzarella (cheese, a 125 g), (olive) oil, turkey cubes (about 300 g), Italian stir-fry vegetables mix (a 400 g), pomodorini (tomato sauce and 425 g).

Prepare Tortellini according to instructions.

Cast off.

Garlic peel and chop.

Cut each mozzarella cheese into 12 pieces.

Heat up in wok oil and stir-fry turmeric for 3 minutes.

Rub garlic for 1 min.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add Pomodorini and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add tortellini, mozzarella and pepper to taste, and heat for 1 more minute.

Spread Tortellini over 4 deep plates..
