Roll with creamy meat strips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mushrooms, pork strips, Provençal herbs, butter, crème fraîche, honey, rolls (for example triangel rolls) and mixed salad (300 g).

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Spread pork strips with herbs, salt and pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Spread pork strips around.

Add mushrooms and fry 3-4 minutes.

Crème fraîche and honey with meat strips and heat for another 2-3 minutes.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Cut open rolls and place the bottom half with lettuce.

Distribute meat strips over it and cover with the top half of bread..
