Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile cut the meat into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

Add the meat, caraway seed, paprika, pepper and salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the bouillon tablet and boiling water and bring to the boil.

Turn the heat down and simmer for 2 hours with the lid slanted on the pan. Stir occasionally.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes.

Cut the pepper and tomato into pieces.

Add the potato with the pepper and tomato to the meat. Spoon and cook in 30 minutes with the lid slanted on the pan.
