Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Cut the meat into pieces of approx. 2 cm. Dab it dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut the onions into rings. Slice the garlic.

Cut the tomato into pieces. Cut the peppers into pieces.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat for about 4 minutes.

Cut the pumpkin into thin parts. Remove the seeds and the stringy inside and place the unpeeled pumpkin on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast the pumpkin in about 25 minutes until done.
