Penne with shrimps and leek cream sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta, 500 g), olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), leeks (in rings), shrimps and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Add the leeks and fry briefly.

Add the shrimps, stir in the crème fraîche and heat the whole.

Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and spoon over the sauce..
