Melt the butter in the gourmet pan and put a pancake in it.

Spread the crème fraîche over it and sprinkle the peppercorns, parsley and grated cheese over it.

Put the second pancake on it.

Bake gently until the cheese melts and gently brush the pancakes with the spatula.

Fry the bottom too until golden brown.
