Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Open the roulade pack and place the roulade in a large greased oven dish.
  3. Cover the top of the apples slightly and insert a few sprigs of thyme.
  4. Place the apples, the shallots and the lemon wedges around the roulade in the oven dish.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and put in the oven for 60 minutes.
