A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: rosemary, red wine, coarse salt, granulated sugar and fresh orange juice.

Directions

  1. Guide the seeds of rosemary sprigs and chop them very finely (or put them into glass and cut them with scissors). Pour the wine into the saucepan. Add sea salt and sugar and gently stir wine until it is dissolved. Fry the pan, stirring orange juice and rosemary with wine. Add the wine mixture to the freezer and allow it to freeze in approx. 6 hours. Granulate in food processor or with hand blender (to break ice crystals). Return the mass to the container and place it in a freezer until use. Or (other method to avoid large ice crystals): remove wine mass from the freezer after 2 hours, scoop with a fork and replace it again, until a nice structure is created. Then store granite in a freezer until use.
  2. Remove granite from freezer, remove with fork and distribute mass over four small glasses.
