Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Toast the slices of bread in the oven for about 10 minutes while preheating.

Cut the onions into thin half rings and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil from the can of anchovies in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.

In the meantime, finely chop the anchovies and the leaves of the parsley. Take the pan with the onion from the heat and add the anchovies and parsley.

Peel the potatoes and sliced into slices with the food processor or a cheese slicer.
