Gratinated endive stew
Endive, chestnut mushrooms, puree and cheese just grilled in the oven.
Cut the endive into strips.
Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.
Chop the onion.
Preheat the grill.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and the mushrooms for 5 min.
In the meantime, make the puree according to the instructions on the packaging.
Grease the oven dish. Mix the puree with the endive and cheese and scoop the mixture into the baking dish.
Season the mushrooms spicyly with pepper and salt.
Divide the mushrooms over the stew and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Grate the dish for 3 minutes under the grill.
