Gratinated turkey rolls
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (in 4 pieces), olive oil, red peppers (in strips), pasta sauce (sugo basilico, 470 g), mozzarella ((cheese, 125 g), in slices), spaghetti (pack 500 g), vinegar and cabbage lettuce (leaves torn).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place each piece of meat between two sheets of cling film and store it as flat as possible with a frying pan. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the frying pan. Fry the pepper for 5 minutes and spread over the fillet. Roll up and secure with a cocktail stick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the turkey rolls in 2 min. Brown. Pour the pasta sauce into the baking dish and place the rolls in it. Divide the mozzarella over it and bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Beat a dressing of the vinegar, the rest of the oil and pepper and salt and mix it with the lettuce.

Divide the spaghetti with the turkey rolls and tomato sauce over 4 deep plates. Serve with the salad.
