Creamy chicken ragout


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, green asparagus, chicken breast in cubes (about 250 g), chicken stock, butter or margarine, flour, Pan and Oven (à 200 ml) and soft goat cheese (for example Chèvre Bellay).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Clean asparagus and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread chicken filet with salt and pepper.
  4. Bouillon tablet lotion in 500 ml of boiling water.
  5. Heat in butter, add chicken and bake for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add flour, stir and heat approx.
  7. 2 minutes, do not brown.
  8. Add some broth little by little until ragout occurs.
  9. Add cream.
  10. Goat cheese crumbling above and stirring until cheese is melted.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Serving rice with ragout and asparagus..
