Bean dish with onion and mustard cervelat


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions (coarsely chopped), mustard cervelat (sausage, 250 g), oil, kidney beans (400 g, drained), radish, fresh parsley (a 30 g), lemon juice or vinegar and mustard.

Directions

  1. Fry onion and sausage gently in 2 tablespoons oil in a large frying pan for 10 minutes.
  2. Add kidney beans and heat the dish with lid on pan for 5 min.
  3. Season the bean dish with salt and pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, clean radish and cut into slices.
  5. Chop minced parsley.
  6. In bowl dressing beat the rest of oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix radishes through dressing.
  8. Spread dish and radish salad over two plates.
  9. Sprinkle parsley over radishes and beans..
