Asian coconut burger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lime, minced beef, sambal oelek, shallot (finely chopped), grated coconut, freshly ground pepper and oil.

Lime brooms and peel grate.

Squeeze half lime.

In bowl ground beef, lemon zest, 1 tbsp lime juice, sambal, shallot, coconut, salt and pepper knead together.

Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 8-10 min.

Until done and brown, turn halfway..
