Asian coconut burger


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lime, minced beef, sambal oelek, shallot (finely chopped), grated coconut, freshly ground pepper and oil.

Directions

  1. Lime brooms and peel grate.
  2. Squeeze half lime.
  3. In bowl ground beef, lemon zest, 1 tbsp lime juice, sambal, shallot, coconut, salt and pepper knead together.
  4. Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 8-10 min.
  6. Until done and brown, turn halfway..
