Greek chicken in tomato sauce
Delicious dish for the winter and a favorite with children! Chicken wings with zucchini, garlic, tomato and white cheese.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the chicken with pepper and salt and brown in 3 minutes. Take out of the pan. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Put the zucchini in the pan and fry for 3 minutes. Press the garlic over the pan. Add the tomatoes.

Press the tomato piece with a spatula. Season with the rosemary, pepper and salt. Place the chicken on top and roast with the lid on the pan for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging. Divide the couscous over the plates. Spoon the chicken in tomato sauce and crumble the cheese above it.
