Greek chicken with potatoes and lemon

Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into coarse pieces and place them in a bowl. Ris the thyme leaves of the twigs (if you use fresh thyme). Pour the olive oil on the potatoes and sprinkle the thyme over it. Mix the potatoes, oil and thyme well.

Sprinkle the chicken bolts with salt. Place the chicken bolts side by side in the bowl. Arrange the potatoes, garlic and lemon wedges around it. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Place the dish in the oven and let chicken and potato cook for about 40 minutes. Remove the foil after 30 minutes. The chicken bolts must be well cooked.
