Greek filo pastry roll with feta and spinach

Extra requirements: food processor and a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Defrost the filo pastry.

Grind the spinach with the parsley and garlic in the food processor.

Mix the spinach mixture in a bowl with the crumbled feta, lemon zest and some freshly ground black pepper.
