Pasta with paprika sauce and cod fillet
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fusilli (pasta, bag of 500 g), onions, red peppers, tomato puree (70 g), extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chili pepper (bottle of 250 ml), crème fraîche (125 ml) , cod fillet (a ca. 200 g) and spring onions.

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean peppers and cut into strips.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onion.

Add pepper and fry.

Add tomato puree, fry for 1 min and stir in 100 ml of water.

Paprika covered in 10 min.

Sprinkle fish with salt.
-
Peppers with blender or puree in food processor.

Stir in the crème fraîche, let it warm all the way through and season with salt.

Heat residual oil in frying pan.

Cod in 8 min.

Cut the spring onions and cut them into pieces.

Serve pasta with paprika sauce and fried cod fillets..
