Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit in the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.

Add the pine nuts and fry for 2 minutes.

Spoon the spinach through and stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables have shrunk. Mix pepper, salt, lemon zest, parsley, crumbled feta and breadcrumbs and let everything cool slightly.

Brush a dough sheet with melted butter. Place 1/8 of the spinach filling at the bottom of each dough sheet, roll it up, stick it with a little water and place the roll in a greased or baking paper covered oven dish.

Do the same with the rest of the sheets of dough. Brush the top of the rolls in the baking dish with melted butter. Bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven until they are golden brown and crisp.
