Sandwich with grilled beef and blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks, white bread (rough cut), rucola salad (big hand), hard blue cheese (eg roquefort or gorgonzola), oil and butter.

Heat a grill pan over high heat, coat the steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill them briefly on both sides until they are nicely brown and have a dashed pattern.

Allow the steaks to cool down on a cold plate.

Spread the sandwiches with a thin layer of butter.

Divide the arugula over 4 slices of bread.

Scrape thin slices from the blue veal cheese and spread them over the arugula.

Cut the steaks into thin strips and place them on the cheese.

Cover it with a new slice of bread.
