A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, green asparagus tips (100 g), salt, quail eggs, Ardennes ham (approx. 40 g), gorgonzola (cheese), crème fraîche and basil.

Directions

  1. Cut hard tips from asparagus tips.
  2. Cook in a saucepan with plenty of boiling water and salt asparagus tips in approx.
  3. 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Quail eggs boil in about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, crispy brown slices of ham in dry frying pan.
  6. Melt gorgonzola with crème fraîche in the saucepan.
  7. Slightly drain asparagus tips into sieve.
  8. Peel and halve quail eggs.
  9. Place slices of ham in the middle of two plates.
  10. Place asparagus with dots on one side.
  11. Gorgonzola on top and garnish with quail eggs.
  12. Cut the basil into strips and sprinkle over it.
  13. Serve with mini-croissants..
