A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, ham (about 150 g), fresh chives (a 25 g), butter, green asparagus and old farmer's cheese.

Directions

  1. Eggs in 8 min.
  2. Boil hard, rinse under cold water and peel.
  3. Cut eggs into coarse pieces.
  4. Cut the ham into small strips and then into tiny pieces.
  5. Cut chives.
  6. Melt butter in a pan.
  7. Take the pan of fire and stir in the ham cubes, egg and chives.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Cut woody ends (2-4 cm) from asparagus.
  10. Cook in a wide pan or asparagus pan in 10 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle cheese with peeler in curls.
  12. Heat ham sauce on low heat.
  13. Drain asparagus and place on four plates with heads to the same side.
  14. Heat ham sauce over asparagus and sprinkle cheese curls loosely over it..
