Green asparagus with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh yoghurt
Vegetable side dish for the Christmas menu of green asparagus, cherry tomatoes with Greek yoghurt and watercress.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter.

Remove the woody bottom of the asparagus, mix the asparagus with the oil and grill for approx. 5 min.

Times regularly. Put the asparagus on a plate.

Grill the cherry tomatoes for 4 minutes. Remove the hard stems from the watercress.

Divide the tomatoes and watercress over the asparagus and serve with the yogurt.
