Green beans gnocchi
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans (stalk of potatoes and the tip removed and halved), spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), Coburger ham ((145 g), in strips), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, 500 g) and flat parsley (chopped).

Cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the spring onions for 2 min.

Bake the ham strips and garlic for 3 minutes.

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package.

Drain.

Mix the green beans with the spring onion, the ham, the gnocchi and chopped parsley.

Season with pepper, salt and 2 tbsp oil.
