Green beans in spicy coconut
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, coconut milk (400 ml), Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), sambal bathrobe, seroendeng (jar 100 g), coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.

Pour the coconut milk and the soy sauce in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the green beans and cook them with the lid on the pan in approx. 8 min. Until done.

Put the sambal through it, season with salt and sprinkle with the seroendeng and coriander. Tasty with fried fish and white rice.
