Green beans with bean sprouts and sesame
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, sesame seeds (box 100 g), sunflower oil, sweet soy sauce and bean sprouts (125 g).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Break the beans in half and boil them in about 7 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, toast the sesame seed for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Change regularly and let cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the green beans with the soy sauce marinade2 min. Add the bean sprouts and pepper to taste and stir-fry for 1 min. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately. Tasty with spicy balls and noodles.
