Piperade of grilled vegetables
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, sweet onions (each in 6 parts), red pointed peppers (in strips), vine tomatoes (in slices) and lemon juice.

Brush the vegetables thinly with the oil.

Heat a grill pan.

Grill the onions in about 5 minutes on high heat until they have a nice brown stripe motif (they fall apart during grilling).

Sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Also grill the pointed peppers in about 5 minutes and the slices of tomato on both sides for 1 minute until these vegetables also have a nice brown stripe motif.

Season the vegetables with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Drip lemon juice to taste..
